1. Cathodic Protection (CP) System Installation & Commissioning

We deliver complete field installation and commissioning services for both Impressed Current (ICCP) and Sacrificial Anode (SACP) systems, ensuring long-term corrosion protection for pipelines, storage tanks, and marine structures.

• Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP)

Our teams execute turnkey ICCP installations for complex facilities such as DP World Yarımca Container Terminal and Atakaş Port Jetty, including:

• Anode Groundbed Installation
  Installation of deep-well or shallow horizontal groundbeds for MMO or High-Silicon Cast Iron (HSIC) anodes, including the application of calcined coke backfill to achieve optimal current distribution.

• Transformer / Rectifier (T/R) & Junction Box Installation
  Installation, mounting, and wiring of automatic, oil-cooled, or air-cooled T/R units, along with test stations, bond boxes, and current distribution panels.

• Cabling & Field Wiring
  Trenching, routing, and termination of all specialized CP cables (e.g. KYNAR / HMWPE), connecting anodes, permanent reference electrodes (Ag/AgCl or Cu/CuSO₄), and protected structures to the T/R units.

• SCADA Integration
  Integration of T/R units into client SCADA systems via MODBUS or equivalent protocols, enabling real-time monitoring of potentials, current outputs, and alarm conditions.

• Sacrificial Anode Cathodic Protection (SACP)

We specialize in SACP installations for marine and subsea environments:

• Anode Installation & Fixing
  Installation of Zinc or Aluminum alloy galvanic anodes on steel jetty piles, offshore structures, and subsea pipelines using certified underwater welding or mechanical clamping methods, in accordance with DNV and BS 7361 standards.

2. Tank Erection & Equipment Installation

EDOPEC applies proven methodologies for the on-site erection of API 650 storage tanks and the installation of all associated mechanical and safety equipment.

• Storage Tank Erection Methods

Depending on site conditions and project requirements, we employ:

• Crane-Assisted Erection
  Sequential assembly of tank shell courses using mobile cranes.

• Jack-Up Method
  Construction of the roof and top shell course at ground level, followed by progressive lifting of the structure to install lower courses—an efficient and safe erection technique.

• Installation of Critical Tank Accessories

Our mechanical teams execute precise installation of:

• Internal Floating Roofs (IFR) & Floating Suction Arms
  Accurate alignment and commissioning to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.

• Venting & Safety Devices
  Installation of Pressure/Vacuum Vents, Emergency Vents, and Flame Arrestors, including final torque checks, sealing, and grounding continuity verification.

• Firefighting Systems
  Installation of foam chambers, cooling rings, deluge systems, and related piping in full compliance with NFPA standards.

• Ancillary Equipment
  Mounting of ladders, spiral staircases, gauging platforms, handrails, and manhole covers.

3. Pipeline & Piping Systems Installation

4. Electrical, Earthing & Lightning Protection Installation

Safety in hazardous environments is non-negotiable. Our electrical field teams ensure all systems are installed to eliminate ignition risks and protect both personnel and equipment.

• Earthing (Grounding) Systems
