1. Corrosion & Cathodic Protection Systems

We supply complete, engineered cathodic protection (CP) systems to safeguard the structural integrity of high-value assets against corrosion, designed and delivered in full compliance with international standards such as NACE.

• System Components: We provide all necessary equipment for both Impressed Current (ICCP) and Sacrificial Anode (SACP) systems. Our supply scope includes:

Impressed Current (ICCP): High-performance Transformer/Rectifier (T/R) units, Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) and High-Silicon Cast Iron (HSIC) anodes, permanent and portable reference electrodes (e.g., Cu/CuSO₄), and specialized cabling (e.g., KYNAR/HMWPE).

Sacrificial Anodes (SACP): Zinc and Aluminum alloy anodes for marine applications (jetties, piles, subsea pipelines) and Magnesium anodes for onshore assets.

• Proven Track Record: We have a long history of supplying CP systems for major clients like BOTAŞ, TÜPRAŞ, and SOCAR, protecting critical assets such as the Batman-Dörtyol Crude Oil Pipeline, refinery jetties, and natural gas compressor stations.

2. Tank & Terminal Equipment

We engineer and supply a complete range of equipment for atmospheric and pressurized storage tanks, ensuring safe and efficient operations in compliance with API standards.

• Floating Suction Arms (Floating Suction Pipe Assembly):

Function: Critical for ensuring product purity (especially for Jet A-1) by drawing product from the top layer, free of water and sediment.

Technical Specification: We supply units in various sizes (e.g., 16″, 24″) fabricated from high-grade materials like S355JR (ST52-3), featuring robust swivel joints for reliable articulation. Our supply for the Airport Jet A-1 tanks demonstrates our capability in large-scale, critical applications.

• Pressure/Vacuum Vents & Flame Arrestors (PVV & FA):

Function: Essential for tank safety, allowing for atmospheric breathing during filling/emptying operations while preventing flame ingress.

Technical Specification: Our FA units are performance-tested according to TS EN ISO 16852 procedures, with documented pressure drop tests to ensure they meet design criteria. We supply a wide range of sizes (2″ to 16″) with bodies fabricated from materials like aluminum alloy (e.g., ETIAL-171) and stainless steel flame cells (AISI 304). All units are supplied with comprehensive quality dossiers, including material certificates, dimensional checks, and paint inspection reports.

• Other Tank Accessories: We also supply gauging/sampling hatches, emergency vents, and tanker access gangways for loading gantries.

3. Pipeline & Piping Equipment

We provide specialized equipment for pipeline construction and maintenance, designed for reliability and operational efficiency.

• Pig Launchers & Receivers:

Function: Integral for pipeline integrity management, allowing for cleaning, inspection, and batching operations.

Technical Specification: We design and fabricate pig launcher and receiver traps in a wide range of sizes, from 8″ up to 32″. Our reference list includes major projects for clients, delivering systems for various pipeline diameters.

• Loading & Unloading Arms:

Function: Facilitate the safe and efficient transfer of products to and from road tankers and rail cars.

Technical Specification: We supply top and bottom loading arms, typically in 4″ and 6″ sizes.

4. Electrical, Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems

To ensure electrical safety and protect against ignition risks in hazardous areas, we supply all necessary components for earthing (grounding) and lightning protection systems.

• System Components: Our supply scope includes copper-clad steel earth rods, exothermic welding materials, equipotential bonding conductors, and air termination components.

• Application: We provide materials for comprehensive protection of tank farms, process areas, and electrical substations, designed to safely dissipate fault currents and lightning strikes, thereby preventing catastrophic equipment failure and ensuring personnel safety.
