HSE Management System

EDOPEC Energy Petroleum Engineering Industry and Trade Limited Company has established its Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards since its foundation and has set the following fundamental objectives: enhancing the HSE culture within the company, adapting national laws, regulations, and all legal requirements related to company activities to the HSE Management System, identifying hazardous situations and eliminating them or reducing them to acceptable levels, and continuously improving the HSE Management System to achieve its core objectives.

During office, field, and production activities, EDOPEC takes actions based on the following principles to minimize potential damage to employees, third parties, equipment, and assets: taking all necessary HSE measures to prevent occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental pollution, complying with all applicable HSE laws, regulations, standards, and client HSE specifications, conducting risk analyses to eliminate or minimize potential hazards and taking necessary precautions, and suspending work until adequate safety measures are implemented when high-risk conditions are present.

Operational Principles

EDOPEC ensures participation of all employees to establish full awareness and shared responsibility of HSE at every level, increases HSE awareness through continuous training and meetings, raises awareness of the importance and proper use of personal protective equipment, and communicates this policy to all personnel under company control to ensure awareness of individual HSE responsibilities. The company keeps statistical records and strives for continuous system improvement, minimizes the consumption of natural resources, takes necessary precautions to reduce waste, prevents environmental pollution, and investigates all incidents and accidents by identifying their root causes.

The HSE objectives of EDOPEC are established based on the following key principles: creating a safe, healthy, and productive working environment for the continuity of workforce activities, ensuring maintenance and protection of company-owned equipment and assets, considering HSE requirements in all operations while ensuring participation of relevant parties and teams, and using corporate policy as a foundation for setting and reviewing HSE objectives. Company Management commits to providing all necessary resources to achieve these objectives, ensuring compliance with all legal obligations, regularly reviewing the HSE Management System, and having it audited by independent organizations.

EDOPEC Energy Petroleum Engineering Industry and Trade Limited Company defines its objectives to document, manage, and continuously improve its Quality Management System covering product design, engineering, procurement of materials and services, manufacturing, and installation activities to ensure optimal execution of all company operations.

The purpose of EDOPEC’s Integrated Management System, which effectively incorporates Quality, Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety, is to meet the expectations and needs of all stakeholders, fulfill our responsibilities toward society, the environment, and our employees, and to continuously improve service quality.
